Michele Macha, President and CEO, has 37 years of experience in the IT industry. Beginning at Westinghouse, where she spent 10 years, Ms. Macha progressed through roles as a programmer/analyst, database administrator, development manager, and operations manager.

In 1983, Ms. Macha left Westinghouse and began a very successful 27-year career with IBM. Her career progressed from systems engineering, sales, sales management in the insurance marketplace, corporate strategy, and services. For the past 10 years, she served as IBM’s relationship manager for the American Express global operations organization.

Tom Dodd, Managing Partner, is the founder of CompuPros and has more than 40 years experience in the oil, aerospace, information technology (IT) and insurance industries. Major employers and consulting clients include Schlumberger, NASA, EDS, USLife (17 years, 10 as CIO), Time Insurance (3 years as IT integration consultant), Fortis US (five years as consulting CIO), Washington National Insurance (consulting CIO of the Group Division), Empire Blue Cross of New York (outsourcing IT engagement manager of Managed Care Division), Wisconsin Blue Cross, GMAC, Conseco, SHIP, and Trustmark (consulting CIO, 2 years). 

Tom has worked at most disciplines of technology from programming and systems design, development, and integration to CIO for more than 10 corporations, the largest of which had a scope of 1,600 employees spread over eight sites nationwide. Having been the CIO responsible for managing many development and systems integration projects and more than 30 corporate acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, Tom has been able to leverage his experience to the benefit of a variety of CompuPros’ customers over the past 23 years. As Managing Partner, Tom Dodd is our senior executive responsible for overseeing customer support needs and assuring that CompuPros provides top-quality solutions to meet those needs.

Ken Rossi, CFO, has almost 40 years of experience in financial and accounting services and has been with CompuPros since 2000. He oversees all financial, tax, treasury, HR, and risk management functions for the company. Prior to joining CompuPros, Ken was a financial executive with the Investment Management Division of Grubb & Ellis for over 15 years and served in several capacities in a wide variety of real estate investment projects.

Among his significant previous positions, Ken was engaged in tax planning, research, and compliance for a diversified clientele with Ernst & Young in Philadelphia. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Texas in Dallas. Ken is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.  

Linda Manasco, VP of Recruiting, has been part of CompuPros’ recruiting staff since 1996.  She  began her IT career as a Systems Engineer for USLIFE Corporation. After that, she spent 15 years working for several major oil and gas companies (Exxon, Pennzoil, Fina, and Coastal) as a Senior Developer, Technical Lead and Project Manager in full-time and consulting positions. This IT and consulting background enables her to understand both the client and consultant perspective of the IT staffing business.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Texas.
