In 1983, Ms. Macha left Westinghouse and began a very successful 27-year career with IBM.  Her career progressed from systems engineering, sales, sales management in the insurance marketplace, corporate strategy, and services. For the past 10 years, she served as IBM’s relationship manager for the American Express global operations organization. 

Ms. Macha credits her success to her strong commitment to supporting her customers and providing them the best possible service. In her new role as President/CEO and majority owner of CompuPros, a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), she promises to continue her dedication to service excellence and will make it a central component in CompuPros’ future strategy.
